Jazz speaks to life…..this is triumphant music.
— Martin Luther King, Jr.

Our all-inclusive assembly program honors the legacy of jazz as a Black American art form.

Everyone here at Syre just raved about your assembly! They loved it! Thank you so much. I was hoping that we could get on your books for next year.
— Julie, Syre Elementary in Shoreline

  • Students learn that jazz is an American art form created by African-American people in New Orleans.
  • We bring a live 4-piece band
  • Assembly is interactive and lots of fun!
  • Assembly is 45 minutes
  • JazzED provides all of the assembly equipment and materials
  • Rising 4th, 5th and 6th graders go home with invite to FREE Summer Jazz Prep Camp

This program is entirely FREE for you. A $600 value.

Our next free assembly tour will run during February 2019. We can be flexible on time slot but spots fill quickly so add your name to tour list. Click HERE for current calendar of assemblies.

We recommend one assembly for K-2 and another for grades 3-5. But we can work with your schedule and needs.
