When you have to cancel…
As a courtesy, we request that you cancel at least 10 days before the first day of your program. This gives us the opportunity to fill your student’s spot.
Cancellations made 10 days prior (or more) to the first day of a program are eligible for a complete refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the first day of a program are eligible for a partial refund. You may cancel by contacting us.
Cancellations made after the first day of a program are eligible for a pro-rated refund. If you have already paid in full, we will refund you a pro-rated portion based on the amount of program that has elapsed. If you are on an auto-billing payment plan, we will cancel any future payments but not refund payments already made. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
When we have to cancel…
In the event that Seattle JazzED cancels an entire program before it starts due to under enrollment or for some other unforeseen reason, we will refund you any monies paid.
All other partial or one-off class or rehearsal cancellations will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for families who paid the full amount, and credited on a pro-rated basis for families who paid a sliding scale amount. Credits ‘live’ in your Active.com account and may be applied to any future JazzED program registration.
We do not issue refunds or credits in the event of class or rehearsal cancellation when the reason is a severe weather event.
We will make every attempt to reschedule a cancelled class or rehearsal.
