Come meet us at our September Open House!

  • Seattle JazzED 3201 East Republican Street Seattle, WA, 98112 United States (map)

Does your son or daughter want to get started in music?

“This is the best outside-of-school- jazz program my child has ever been in.”
— JazzED Parent

Start your musical future in a JazzED Introductory Ensemble. Music equips students with 21st century skills for lifelong success. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY…..IT’S FUN!

Our Introductory Ensembles are for kids who are brand new to music or have dabbled in church choir, piano lessons, drumming, etc. Basically, if playing an instrument sounds like fun to you, come to the Open House to learn more!

The Introductory Ensembles meet twice a week, after school. JazzED is not meant to replace school band participation but it is a super fun addition.

At the Open House, you can meet the teachers, Kelly Barr Clingan (former band director at Washington Middle School) and Ricardo Luna (former director of after-school music programs for Los Angeles Public Schools) and your kids can try out different instruments at the instrument petting zoo.

If your son or daughter wants to play musician, don't miss this! Open to grades 4-8.
